Price Adjustments of products.
At Intense Fibre we pride ourselves that pricing has always been kept as low as possible for our clients while making sure our network is looked after ensuring a true uncapped and unthrottled service. However in certain cases we would have no choice but to adjust pricing upwards or downwards as suppliers and as operating costs go up or down. Although as a business we absorb as much as possible there will be cases where we have to pass on certain costs (especially those from Backend providers ie vumatel, SADV, Openserve etc) as this directly has an influence on the line pricing itself. Notice of price changes will always be given with a month notice. We will also continue to provide the pricing to clients as low as possible.
