Over the last 2 years various Fibre Network operators have had price increases, speed adjustments and we have tried to absorb as much as possible of those costs to keep prices as low as possible to you a valued client.
As we go into 2024 we have deemed it necessary to implement a minor but necessary increase to some of the Fibre network operator prices.
These changes from the various Fibre Network operators as well as normal day to day business operating costs increases from fuel, courier fees, loadshedding causing us to increase capacity at our server locations over the last 2 years and more, it has come to a point where we have to adjust some of the fibre network operators pricing and speeds to align our business model and strategy to keep providing you with service through dedication to our network. Our network maintains to be uncapped, unshaped and unthrottled.
The price and speed adjustments to the various fibre network operators will be implemented on the 1st of March 2024. As our services are billed upfront these changes will be seen on your invoices from the 25th of February 2024. These changes are necessary to continue to provide you with high quality service you expect.
