| Important read – Changes to Openserve and Vumatel packages Please note the following changes to Openserve and Vumatel packages. Openserve changes to be implemented on the 1st of March 2021 All 10mbps uncapped packages change to 25/25mbps All 20mbps uncapped packages change to 50/25 mbps All 50mbps uncapped packages change to 100/25mbps All 100mbps uncapped pacakges change to 200/100 mbps Although the speeds are changing your pricing stays the same. Vumatel Changes to be implemented on the 1st of April 2021 10/2 mbps is discontinued and will be automatically changed to the 10/10 package and pricing adjusted to the 10/10mbps pricing 20/2 mbps is discontinued and will be automatically changed to the 20/20 package and pricing adjusted to the 20/20mbps pricing The change from Vumatel comes in line with industry standards to ensure both the upload and downloads speeds are symmetrical as more and more people are working from home and using zoom, Teams etc. All of these services require upload speeds to be the same as download speeds. |
