The rollout of the Vuma line speed relief initiative which commenced on 01 April is underway and Vuma have already upgraded more than 50 percent of our network, with the 10, 20, 50 and 100Mbps services expected to be completed by the end of the Easter weekend and the balance by early next week.

We know that you are eagerly awaiting the line speed upgrade, and are mindful that we set an expectation of 01 April for this change.

Due to the delay, we are pleased to inform you that we are extending the line speed relief incentive to include an additional month of June 2020.

We hope that this extension will give you the benefit to experience faster, more reliable connectivity to work and learn from home for three full months!
