When your internet is down in your neighbourhood, who you gonna call? Your ISP 🙂
  Deal with a single point of contact for all your technical-related queries and contact us when your internet connection is not functioning optimally. Should your issue be network-related on any of our fibre providers, we will contact our technical teams on your behalf to assist with getting you up and running as soon as possible and will log a support call.
  Before logging a support call with us, consider the following possible quick-fixes:
1. When
you’re struggling with slow internet speeds, try another device or website. If
the problem persists,
try point 5 below.
 2.      Double-check that your ONT, CPE (the black or white device) and router is plugged into the electrical socket and powered on.
 3.      Ensure the cable from your Fibre Box is plugged into the  ONT, sometimes this can get undone.
 4.      Ensure that the ONT has solid, green/blue lights for ‘Power’, ‘Broadband’, ‘Service’, and ‘Ethernet’.
5. Reboot your router and ONT by switching them off for 10 seconds and then switching them back on.
